Getting Started

  1. 01Create your account using email or magic link.
  2. 02Add your first medication from the Medications tab.
  3. 03Set a schedule — fixed time or interval-based.
  4. 04Enable notifications to stay on top of your schedule.

Managing Medications

  1. 01Tap any medication card to edit details, dosage, or notes.
  2. 02Create chains to link medications taken in sequence.
  3. 03Use the Tools tab for unit conversions and quick health calculations.
  4. 04Track your dose history from the Log screen.

Account & Privacy

  1. 01Change your display name or email in Settings.
  2. 02Delete your account permanently from Settings > Delete Account.
  3. 03Export your dose history from the Log screen.
  4. 04Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
