Permanently remove your account and all data
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly in the PillPlease app:
- Open PillPlease
- Tap the gear icon on the Home screen to open Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- All medication profiles (yours and any dependents)
- All medications, schedules, and dose history
- All caregiver relationships
- Your subscription data
Important
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
- Deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
